Baan Phra Atit in Banglampoo has a nice selection of fresh cakes, including the triple chocolate mousse pyramid (pictured), and a selection of surprisingly tasty low-fat cakes - the Thai tea cake is our favourite, very moist and light at the same time.

On the drinks side, all the usual coffee drinks are there, plus an assortment of delicious fresh-fruit smoothies.

The atmosphere is very nice, with armchairs and sofas, with wi-fi and and reading materials available.
