This artisan bakery is located inside the eponymous Alsatian restaurant. Thuet is a fine addition to the King St West strip.
The breads look rustic and taste great. Hard crusts cover a suitably fluffy and flavourful "mie". Ficelles (thin baguettes) are among the very best in town. Their croissants are excellent in their category: hearty, not very buttery -- and incredibly dunkable.
Everything is very traditional, made with a lot of care and in small batches.
