At Athens Pastries, you'll find a small selection of high-quality Greek goodies. The bougatsa, made of flaky philo pastry stuffed with a thin layer of custard, are particularly well done, crispy and fresh. Athens Pastries also makes loukoumades, honey drenched little balls of fried dough, and galakto bouriko, thick slices of custard sandwiched between thin layers of philo pastry. Savoury versions of the bougatsa are also available, for example stuffed with spinach and feta cheese. Finally, you can buy fresh philo dough at Athens Pastries if you feel like trying to make those pastries yourself!
