The French pastry chefs at Visage make some of the very best pastries in Bangkok. Traditional French pastries (eclairs, opera, almond-pear tarts...) are all delicious. Visages's creations as well: try for example the passion dome (a dome of chocolate mousse with a center of passion fruit custard), or the chocolate crunch. The morning pastries (croissants, danishes, apple turnover) are also particularly good, achieving the right balance of softness and flakiness. The vanilla ice cream is among the richest and smoothest we had -- a feast of taste and texture!

Visage also has a counter at The Emporium and Siam Paragon.

Well Jack, let's face it. You have to pay the price for the good quality ingredients. Real chocolate just happens to be one of them. I think the Visage's products are some of the better ones we have here in Bangkok.
