Chloe makes some of the best chocolates in Montreal. The selection is small (10 centres) but delicious. The chocolates are definitely French-style, most of them consisting of a very smooth and rich flavoured ganache that blends perfectly with the surrounding dark Valrhona couverture.
Among the most interesting flavours are Pastis (or anis), and five spices (decorated with a tiny bit of saffron). The Pastis is excellent and very subtle, while the five spices is just as excellent but very powerful. Other centers include honey, raspberry (possibly a little too tangy), Earl Grey tea, coffee and passion fruit.

Les chocolats de Cholé figurent parmi les meilleurs de Montréal. La sélection est assez petite (10 sortes de chocolats), mais excellente. Les chocolats sont de style très français, la plupart d'entre eux étant composés d'une ganache riche et très fine qui se mélange parfaitement en bouche avec la mince pellicule de chocolat de couverture Valrhona.
Parmi les chocolats les plus intéressants, on trouvera les Pastis et les cinq épices (décorés avec du saffran). Les Pastis sont délicieux et très subtils, alors que les cinq épices sont tout aussi délicieux mais ont un gout très puissant. D'autres chocolats sont aussi disponibles : miel, framboise (un peu trop acide), thé Earl Grey, café et fruit de la passion.
