La Brioche (brioche is a kind of sweet bread) makes a variety of high quality French pastries, including classics such as eclairs, almond-pear tarts, or operas. The diplomates (a kind of refined bread pudding) are very good and combine vanilla, coffee and chocolate flavours. The tasty exotic fruit tarts are made with Thai fruit. The Mango Star is an interesting blend of Thai and French traditions: a coconut base topped with a layer of fresh mango, topped with meringue.
La Brioche also offers good morning pastries (croissants and such) as well as a small bread selection.
