Leonidas chocolates (or "pralines") are imported from Belgium, and therefore made in the pure Belgian style, with lots of fresh cream fillings. Leonidas chocolates are consistently good, and the prices are quite reasonable for this quality at US$26 per pound. Our recommendation: the Manon, a layer of chocolate ganache topped with a thick layer of vanilla fresh cream, smothered in white chocolate. Yummy!
