At Phipps, you will find a variety of large cakes, pies and cookies, but very few individual pastries. Among the available cakes are chocolate banana cakes, carrot cakes and many kinds of cheesecakes. The divine apple-cinnamon cake (a rich buttery pound cake topped with apples and caramel), is good, and so are the muffins and the chocolate chip cookies. Phipps cakes can be found in many restaurants, coffee houses and baked products counters around the city. Light lunches (sandwiches, salads, pizza, vegetarian chili...) are also available at retail store.
