2 cups (50 cl) milk
1 cup (25 cl) whipping cream
3/4 cup (170 g) sugar
4 heaping tea spoons anise seed powder
Anise Ice Cream
Mix all chilled ingredients in a bowl, and whip until the sugar is completely dissolved (about one minute). Pour into your ice-cream maker, and enjoy!
