1 chocolate bar (100g, 3.5 oz)
2 cups (500 mL) milk
3 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. sugar
Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Dissolve the corn starch in a small amount of the milk. Put the rest of the milk in a pot. Cut the chocolate in small pieces and add it to the milk. Also add the sugar. Heat the milk while stirring often. When it boild add the milk with the corn starch, and keep stirring until the mixture thickens (it should take only a couple of minutes).Pour the pudding into heat-resistant individual dishes, and let it cool down.
To prevent the pudding from forming a "skin" while it cools down, immediately cover it with plastic wrap, to be removed just before eating.
