The emphasis at Le Blanc bakery is on bread and puff pastries, with an amazing selection of croissants, tarts, danishes and brioches, all of which some of the best in Bangkok; flaky, rich, and tasty. The fruit tarts are particularly amazing - a base of flaky puff pastry, a layer of smooth custard for contrast, the fruit, and a thin layer of glazing, all combined for an explosion of tastes and textures. Don't miss the very unusual kouign amann, a buttery and caramelized puff pastry from the Britanny region of France.

Le Blanc also has very interesting "built-in" sandwiches, where the filling is baked-in with the bread - original and delicious.

Finally their breads are first-class as well. Baguettes being on a par with the ones found in the best French bakeries, and specialty breads are sometimes very original (try pine nut bread when available!) and always hearty and delicious.
