Vosges makes interesting, good quality chocolates, all of them truffle-shaped and beautifully decorated. Interesting centers include for example ginger/wasabi/sesame, or curry/coconut. The chocolates are certainly good, but their truffle shape forces the solid chocolate layer to be thicker than it should be for a perfect melt in the mouth. Some centers are also flavoured too mildly and don't live up to their promises.

Altogether, Vosges chocolates are not worth their very high price, and cannot compare with those from Marcolini or La Maison du Chocolat.
