This up-and-coming business led by self- taught chef Jason Fudem sure comes as a great addition to Toronto's pie- scape.

The pies are made to order the day you order them for. All it takes is a phone call at least 24 hours in advance and the pies come right to your door, blazingly fresh.

The crust is just like my French grandmother used to make them, the fruits well-chosen, cooked to perfection, and the butter crust on top has an exceptional taste and crunchy feel.

As far as fruit pies go, things can't really get much better.
